How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Popsmith hardware and appliances come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality for your home.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
